Influenced by diverse landscapes and traditions, each dish tells a story. From Sesame Seared Scallops to Slow Cooked Beef Cheek, blending local ingredients with Asian inspirations.

Many of the fresh herbs used in our creations are grown right here in our hotel’s own garden,

ensuring the freshest flavours travel straight from soil to plate.

 

Our wine list is thoughtfully curated to showcase Australia’s most celebrated regions, pairing seamlessly with our menu. Savour the delicate NT Barramundi alongside a crisp Jim Barry Assyrtiko from Clare Valley, or indulge in the Wagyu Rump enhanced by the bold, velvety character of Rockford Basket Press from Barossa Valley.
